• Agency Services means SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing, Consulting, or other digital marketing services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will comply with all applicable laws while using our services.

3. Course Enrollment

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course or program.

Course access is:

• Personal
• Non-transferable
• Non-exclusive
• Revocable in case of policy violations

Sharing login credentials with another person is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

All fees displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before access to the purchased service or course is provided.

We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refund Policy

Where a program includes a specific Job Placement Guarantee or Performance-Based Guarantee, refunds will only be considered if all stated eligibility conditions have been fully satisfied.

No refund will be issued merely because expected results were not achieved if the eligibility requirements were not met.

6. Job Placement Guarantee

Certain training programs may include a conditional Job Placement Guarantee.

This guarantee applies only where it is expressly stated on the program’s sales page or enrollment materials.

Unless otherwise specified, participants must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Complete 100% of the course.
• Attend all mandatory live sessions (where applicable).
• Submit all assignments and projects.
• Build the required portfolio or practical work.
• Complete resume and LinkedIn profile improvements as instructed.
• Apply for at least 50 relevant job opportunities after course completion.
• Attend interviews arranged through Digital Colour or independently.
• Participate actively in career guidance sessions.
• Provide requested evidence of job applications, interview attendance, and recruiter communications.
• Demonstrate genuine effort in following the training and placement guidance.

The guarantee does not apply where the participant:

• Rejects a suitable job offer.
• Fails to attend scheduled interviews.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in misconduct.
• Stops participating in placement activities.
• Is terminated from an interview process due to their own conduct.

Where all guarantee conditions have been satisfied but the stated guarantee outcome is not achieved within the applicable guarantee period, Digital Colour will provide the remedy stated for that specific program, which may include continued placement assistance, an extended training period, or a refund where expressly promised.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Complete coursework honestly.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Respect instructors and other students.
• Submit original work.
• Follow all community guidelines.

Any abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Agency Services

Digital Colour provides digital marketing and consulting services based on agreed project scopes.

Clients agree to:

• Provide required content, approvals, and information promptly.
• Cooperate during project execution.
• Review deliverables within reasonable timeframes.

Project timelines may change if required information or approvals are delayed.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, Digital Colour does not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Sales or revenue targets
• Social media growth
• Advertising performance
• Business profits

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, videos, presentations, templates, graphics, documents, branding, and educational resources remain the exclusive property of Digital Colour.

You may not:

• Copy
• Sell
• Redistribute
• Record
• Upload
• Modify
• Share
• Publish
• Reproduce

any course material without prior written permission.

Violation may result in legal action.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Digital Colour is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
